The Reine de Naples tells a story that it draws the design from the first watch to be worn on the wrist, created by Abraham-Louis Breguet for Caroline Murat. Its oval shape and various stone settings captures the heart of the seasoned collector.

Very GoodThe watch is in very good condition with minor signs of wear. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
