Patek Philippe 3738/1J Ellipse Jumbo automatic satiné Blue Edition in solid 18k yellow gold on a bracelet. Extremely rare model with original 18k yellow gold woven Patek Philippe bracelet. Satiné blue with applied yellow gold baton indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. The caliber 240 ultra-thin mechanical self-winding automatic movement features rhodium-plated fausses cotes decoration and has 27 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, 161 parts, a gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber, a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, and it oscillates at 21,600 vibrations per hour. It has a 22k gold off-center mini rotor and a maximum power reserve of 48 hours.
