Introduced in 1972, the Royal Oak is, perhaps, the most important model in the history of watches. Becoming one of the most iconic luxury timepieces, the Royal Oak was bound to have many variations. The watch presented today was created as a limited edition of only 50 pieces for the America's Cup Race in 2003. This Royal Oak chronograph is cased in platinum and is extremely desirable for its limited quantities as well as its design.
Case is in very good condition with few light signs of surface wear throughout. There are few small signs of wear to the case back at 3 an d 9 o'clock.
Dial and hands are in excellent condition.
Clasp is in good condition with light signs of wear.
Chronograph and movement are running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
