European gilt bronze and enamel snuffbox with cipher of Napoleon III.
- Rectangular with concave sides and overhanging top.
- Hinged cover top has crown surmounting letter "N" in cobalt enamel oval medallion, and engraved leafing scrollwork.
- Underside has same engraving.
- Raised leaf-and-dart wrapping around sides and ornamented rims.
