Description

Pierced sterling silver rectilinear dishes lined with red colored glass.

  • Sold as a set of 4.
  • Piercework in a diamond pattern fitted to removable glass interior.
  • Cast and applied palmettes terminating in pad feet.
  • Cut corners create an elongated octagonal shape.
  • Marked Sterling, 2180 with a lion passant, an anchor, a capital Gothic G and a boars head [for Gorham, 1885].
