Description

American Art Nouveau repoussé sterling silver and gold vase.

  • Ovoid body comprising entwined tendrils heightened.
  • Flower heads applied with gold and mounted to mouth rim.
  • Bottom has stippled thumbprint lobes.
  • Foot has tooled scrolls.
  • Marked “Sterling / & 14K /270X” without maker’s stamp but the mark is attributable to Shiebler.
