For the 35th anniversary of the adidas Superstars in 2005, a total of 35 different pairs were put on the market. Segmented into five different categories — Consortium, Expression, Music, City and Anniversary Series — each category had seven unique takes on the same iconic silhouette, rendering 35 highly unique and sought-after adidas Superstars. 

The sixth installment of the Consortium group featured a collaboration between adidas and famous Japanese streetwear brand NEIGHBORHOOD. Ultra limited with only 300 pairs made, this was one of the darker designs from the Consortium series. Dressed in a black upper and a combination of black leather and suede, NEIGHBORHOOD embossed their skull and sword logo on the heels as well as “NEIGHBORHOOD” alongside the three stripes on the side panel. The insoles feature a unique Neighborhood x adidas design, and the pair comes with an extra set of NEIGHBORHOOD-branded laces. This pair also comes with a clear adidas 35th Anniversary bag.
