The Hall of Famer ended his 17-year career as a 9-time NBA All-Star and 9-time All-Defensive First Team member. Payton’s signature shoe, the Air Zoom Flight, is nicknamed "The Glove" after the infamous moniker he received for his incredible defensive skills. The style was originally released in 1998, and engineered for maximum response and mobility. Its unique design features an external zip-up shroud, concealing an inner mesh upper with monkey paw motif.
