The limited-edition Nike Air Force 1 Low PlayStation sneaker was a collaboration between Sony’s PlayStation and Nike. Given to select Friends & Family at Sony and Nike, the pairs were delivered at the same time as the PlayStation 3 console. Each of the 150 pairs have their own unique ‘serial number’ and feature an embroidered PlayStation logo on the heel. Purple laces were added as a nod to PlayStation’s signature color. The most notable of the 150 hand-selected recipients of the shoe was Kobe Bryant, the face of the Sony-exclusive “NBA” video game franchise.
