Angelo Barovier (Italian, b. 1927).
Abstract textural oil painting with a glass "eye" in the center and other glass elements applied. Barovier, a glass artist from a family with a long tradition of glass working, is the namesake of his 15th-century Venetian ancestor, also a glass artist, scientist and inventor. Simple wood frame.
