On March 18, 1995, headlines across every national publication read, “I’m Back.” Michael Jordan was coming out of retirement and rejoining the Chicago Bulls in jersey number 45, donning the Air Jordan X.

These extremely rare ‘Comeback’ player sample sneakers from 1995 are in the highly coveted white, black, and True Red ‘Chicago’ colorway – the colorway Jordan wore when he returned to the court. Though they were not owned or worn by Jordan, they are personalized with his unique cut. There are ‘45’s embroidered at the exterior ankles for the jersey Jordan briefly wore before his number 23 was un-retired. This is an exclusive detail that was not featured on the 1995 general release models.

The Tinker Hatfield design features large Jumpman logos at each heel and the shoe’s striped outsoles highlight a selection of Jordan’s many career achievements.
