the enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals signed Rodier à Paris, within an urn-shaped case, the neck cast with a band of putti emblematic of the four seasons and flanked by winged maidens, the handles ending in masks, the socle cast with leaf tips, raised on a square base on bun feet.
