A PALE CELADON JADE HANGING VASE AND COVER
20TH CENTURY
of archaic bronze hu form and hanging on a loose chain from a pierced bar, the rectangular baluster body carved in shallow relief on the two faces with a taotie mask above addorsed mythical birds divided by a lion-head suspending a ring and toothed flanges, the sides with confronting bird flanges, the neck flanked by archaistic scroll handles, the cover similarly carved surmounted by a twin-bird finial, wood stands (4)
