Each chair in overall very good condition. Both chairs with general and scattered nicks, scuffs and minor scratches, largely concentrated to the lower legs, and consistent with age and gentle use. The armchairs have been reupholstered and the upholstery is in very good condition with very light surface dirt and minor wear consistent with age and gentle use. One chair with a shallow dent and scratch to the proper right front leg. The other chair with a small area of wood infill to the interior edge of the proper left front leg as well as a very shallow dent to the outer edge of the proper right arm rest. All of which are consistent with age. A comfortable model that is low to the ground, this chair remains one of Aalto's most popular designs.
