Overall in very good condition. It is possible that the upholstery has been replaced at some point in the piece’s history. The current upholstery with minor fading, some very light surface dirt, a few scattered pulls in the fabric and some pilling on seat. With one area of minor isolated discoloration on the proper right side of the cushion seat.
