Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne, Blanc de Blancs 1996 Disgorged and tasted in 2014 from magnum, a wonderful, total class Champagne nose. A touch 'reductive' at first, but I like that (as I do at the beginning of a great White Burgundy - it often denotes ultimate longevity). Myriad hedgerow aromas.
