Louis Roederer, Cristal Brut Rosé 2002 56% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay and 20% oak fermented. Disgorged in April 2008 and last tasted in December 2009. A nose of red fruit and cedar, with dried fruits and apples in the oven, as if you are making a Tarte Tatin! Warm and totally welcoming. A tremendous taste of apple pie.
