- 31.8 cm, 12 1/2 in.
the flattened globular body rising from a recessed base to a waisted neck, the neck flanked by a pair of handles, covered overall in a rich purple glaze with milky-blue and lavender streaks drizzling down from the neck
Condition
The moonflask is in good overall condition. There are surface scratches and characteristic minuscule flakes to the glaze. There are shallow flakes to the edges of the base, possibly original to the firing, the largest measuring approx. 5.2 cm.
