- 21 cm, 8 1/4 in.
with rounded sides rising from three short feet to a lipped rim, the exterior painted in vibrant polychrome enamels with four stylised phoenix soaring amidst scrolling peony and lotus blossoms, the interior with the eight bajixiang, the base with an inscription dated to wuyin year corresponding to 1878

Condition
Very shallow chips to the fragile extremities of the foot, the largest approx. 0.7 x 0.3 cm. A minute flake to the lip. General surface wear including some wear to the gilding. Minor expected firing imperfections.
