modelled in the form of a pink lotus bloom, the stem inscribed in black reading Da Qing Guangxu qiu Taihu fujin qiucao jinianbei (Cup commemorating the autumn military excercises held near Taihu during the Guangxu reign of the Great Qing dynasty), carved wood stand

Christie's New York, 24th March 2011, lot 1823 (one of a pair). 

Condition

One of the fragile tips slightly chipped. Part of the rim possibly slightly polished with very minor associated minute nicks at the spout. Expected minor firing imperfections and surface wear.
