Description

  • 39.5 cm, 15 1/2  in.
the deep rounded sides rising from a short slightly tapered foot, the interior incised with scrolls of leafy foliage, covered overall in a celadon green glaze

Condition

There are five faint hairlines to the rim at around the 11, 2, 3, 4 and 7 o’clock position of the catalogue illustration, the longest measuring approx. 10.5 cm. There is light retouching to the tiny losses and polishing to the rim. There are surface scratches especially to the interior and general firing imperfections.
