Catalogue Note

Abraham-Louis Breguet patented the tourbillon escapement in 1801 as a new way to compensate for the effects of gravity on the accuracy of a watch.
The present platinum example was manufactured in 2011 and proudly perpetuates the Breguet tourbillon legacy. Its traditional dial bears another brand signature: the hand guilloché decoration. Finally, the large tourbillon cage at 6 o’clock and the power reserve indication at 12 create a most pleasant symmetry to the dial.
The heavy platinum case with a coin-edge band has a sapphire crystal display back enabling admiration of the complex and beautifully decorated automatic movement.
This impressive piece is offered with its original Warranty and wooden presentation case.
