  • Album of 50 photographs of India and Ceylon. [late nineteenth-century]
Oblong folio (267 x 370mm.), 50 albumen prints (from 135 x 88mm. to 236 x 292mm., or the reverse), individually mounted on card, recto only, some titled in the negative, one with partial stamp, contemporary purple russia-backed boards, initials "A.L." on upper cover, a few trimmed or faded, with slight spotting or wear to edges, mounts curling, binding lightly rubbed with old repair to upper joint
