A sublime gingerbread nose. Gloriously piercing. Heavenly cloves taste. So intense, with such a profound, nutty taste and a lemony finish. So keen and yet so rich at the same time. This has a glorious future - but a pretty marvellous present too. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
