Hermitage, La Chapelle 1979 Paul Jaboulet Aîné u. 3bn, heavily bin-soiled labelDeep and mature. Lovely, spicy, elegant scent. A touch of cocoa to go with the fruit, which is so fresh inspite of the drought in this vintage. Quite 'sharp'. Lots of fruity attack. Red fruit rather than black.
