Château Latour 1959 Pauillac, 1er Cru Classéu. 2hs, 1h/m, excellent color and clarity, slightly scuffed, soiled and worn labels, corroded short capsules of which 1 slightly damaged on top partially revealing top of corkIn 2015, this was the star of a very starry evening, oozing class, ripeness and sheer volume. Rich and cedary, this was a magnificent bottle and a truly exciting wine, with vinosity, dimension and myriad flavours firing on all cylinders.
