La Tâche 1989 Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Côte de Nuits, Grand Cruu. 4x3cm, banded prior to inspection, bt #1287-1298, excellent appearanceThis always had a great, rich truffles bouquet, followed by heart and concentration on the palate. My most recent tasting (drinking!) showed a spicy, almost honied nose and absolute freshness and crispness on the palate. This still has so long to go.
