Condition
The sheet has been laid down to the mount. There is some foxing on the reverse of the mount. Light foxing and staining around the edges of the sheet. Overall the main design is in good condition with pen and ink and washes strong and vibrant. The ink appears to have run slightly in the writing in the title of the plan, lower centre. Numerous abrasions around the framing lines.
