Description

  • 38 cm long. and 26 cm long. 2 360 g ; 14  15/16 in. long. and 10  3/16 in. long. 75oz 17dwt
each resting on four claw feet attached to the body with dishevelled women heads, engraved on the base with Winston Churchill's summons, the largest also engraved THE WINSTON CHURCHILL STAKES Run at Hurst Park on Victory Day June 8th 1946 won by HH Maharaja Gaekwar of Baroda's "Preciptic" Trained by F. Armstrong. Ridden by E. Britt 

Condition

In overall good condition. The gilding under the base partly worn wobbling. Usual minor scratches.
