Condition

Overall in reasonable restored condition, displaying minor marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Gilt-bronze mounts slightly tarnished. The corner mount on the front, left handside of the bureau, is loose, however it is securely attached. Minor veneer liftings in one corner on the top and some veneer losses to the edges of the drawers on each side. Textile on the top with wear and the whole surface is generally in need of professional attention. Despite these signs of wear, this bureau plat remains a charming piece of furniture.
