circular form with oak leaf rims, central electroptypes with depictions of Venus and Neptune within foliate panels and floral bosses, each with hanging hook to rear

Condition

Lightly worn to the high points of the gilding and the decoration. Good clear marks. Heavy gauge. Good overall.
