the rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to an everted rim, finely enamelled to the exterior with two gnarled branches of magnolia and prunus, extending around the curve of the dish and over the rim into the interior, entwined with a smaller flowering rose and lingzhi sprigs, the base with an apocryphal six-character mark in underglaze-blue

This large charger is in very good condition, apart from a very tiny chip to the glaze at the rim, and some minor losses to enamel, some surface wear and firing imperfections, including pinhole glaze pulls.
