  • 10.2 cm, 4 in.
the compressed globular body rising from three short tapering feet to a slightly everted rim, flanked by a pair of upright loop handles, the stand in the form of a mallow flower with overlapping petals rising from three ruyi-head shaped feet, the base with an apocryphal four-character Xuande mark within a recessed rectangle

Condition

This censer is in good condition, with the exception of some general surface wear and minor manufacturing flaws. The actual colour is of a more warm-reddish tone compared to the catalogue illustration. The stand may have been a matched one.
