Description

  • 18 cm, 7 1/8  in.
the compressed tri-lobed body rising from three short conical feet to an everted rim, set with a pair of simple loop handles, the base cast with an apocryphal Xuande six-character reign mark, the metal patinated to an olive-brown tone

Condition

There is a patching to the exterior of the censer (approx. 3.3 x 1.5 cm), as well as some general surface wear, light malachite encrustation and minor casting flaws..
