Description

  • 11.8 cm, 4 5/8  in.
the steep flaring sides rising from a short straight foot to an indented slightly everted rim, covered overall in a glossy black glaze finely streaked in russet resembling hare's fur, the glaze stopping short of the foot to reveal the dark reddish-brown body

Condition

This bowl is overall good condition, apart from a small discoloured area to the rim, which was possibly occurred during the manufacturing process. There are also some light surface wear and minor firing imperfections, including pinhole burst bubbles and glaze pulls.
