Description

  • 12.8 cm, 5 in.
of irregular section, the cover carved in varying relief with two pomegranates borne on a leafy stem

Condition

There is small chip (approx. 0.6 x 0.2 cm) to the rim of the cover with associated cracks. There are some chips and losses to the interior rim of the box. There is also a rectangular area of restoration (2 x 0.5 cm) to the side of the box. Minor surface wear are also visible.
