Kerr (mayavase.com) indique que cet excentrique est en forme de carapace de tortue et son périmètre ponctué de têtes stylisées du Dieu K. Dans la mythologie maya, Hun Hunahpú, père des jumeaux héroïques Xbalanque et Hunahpu, est ressuscité de la carapace fissurée d'une tortue. Kerr notes the shape of this flint is a turtle's carapace with the stylized God K profile heads along the perimeter. In Maya mythology, Hun Hunahpú, the Hero Twins' father is resurrected from the cracked shell of the turtle.
