Catalogue Note

Le tête de l'oiseau est composée d'une mosaïque en coquillage habillant la charnière du large et étincelant coquillage orange. Un bec proéminent indique qu'il pourrait s'agir d'un perroquet ou d'un toucan, dont les yeux alertes sont signifiés par de petits éclats de coquillages blancs. The head of the bird is composed of carefully placed mosaic shell covering the hinge portion of this large and highly valued brilliant orange shell. The prominent beak indicates a macaw or toucan, with white shell forming the small and alert eyes.
