Condition

Good overall condition. The stained glass elements presents with a few scattered hairline cracks, visible on the catalogue illustration and with a few very tiny chips (not visually distractive), all consistent with age and use. There are a few rare instances of oxidation and a few scratches below the glass, not visually distracting. There are a few tiny losses of talosel along the points, not visually distracting, and some talosel elements might have been restored at a later date. The central frame on the reverse appears to have been restored at a later date (most likely to correct some previous warping inherent to the aging process of the talosel) and the junctions with the points has been reinforced. The mirrored glass is slightly misplaced within the talosel, this appears to be inherent to the aging process of the talosel that tends to retract over time. The mirrored glass with a few very light surface scratches. The signature is very faint and hard to read.
