Gifted to the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, in 1950 (acc. no. 1950.1055). The 'jian'-type bowl:
Collection of I. Kurita. 
Gifted to the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago in 2002 (acc. no. 2002.370).

Condition

The 'jian' bowl with two flake chips to the rim, the larger measuring approx. 0.9 cm. The 'jian'-type bowl with a crack to the rim. Both bowl with expected wear and minor firing imperfections.
