There is evidence of re-configuration and sides appear re-polished in the early 20th century possibly when alterations took place. Old worm to pine backboards. Some later internal screws and batons. Lovely quality. Faded in places. Old marks, scuffs and scratches to the piece. Dis-colouration around lock and handle sites. Square shooting bolts. Comes in two parts and cornice comes of for easy moving.
