Of fluted design, the yellow gold case opening to reveal two compartments and a mirror, each compartment and the thumbpiece set with brilliant-cut diamonds and oval rubies, accompanied by three fabric detachable tassels, measuring approximately 160 x 85 x 55mm, signed Patek Philippe, French import marks for 18 carat gold (750°/00), gross weight approximately 382.88 grams (excluding tassels).
