Description

Of pendant design, set with an oval and pear-shaped opal, within a millegrain-set single-cut diamond surround, decorated with foliate motifs in plique-a-jour enamel, French import assay marks for 18 carat gold (750°/00) and silver (800°/00), gross weight approximately 21.88 grams.

Condition

In Art Nouveau style. Opals with orange and green play of colour, some areas of crazing. Diamonds bright and lively. Enamel translucent. Pin fitting closes securely. Length approximately 70mm, gross weight approximately 21.88 grams. Light areas of surface wear, overall in good condition. Accompanied by a case.
