  • diameter 41mm, length including chatelaine 100mm
• Movement: gilded full-plate, verge escapement, the balance bridge decoratively pierced and engraved with geometrically arranged stylised flower heads, silver regulation plate, fusee and chain, square baluster pillars, signed Jul. le Roy, Paris• Dial: white enamel, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring, aperture for winding at 3 o'clock, filigree hands• Case: rock crystal case back centred with a green enamel and diamond-set floral spray, rock crystal bezel, stirrup-form pendant and bow, the mounts for the rock crystal chased and engraved with scrolling foliage

Condition

Dial: In good overall condition with some very minor chipping at the very edge. Case: Some small scratches to the rock crystal. The short chatelaine with some discolouration to the metal. The front of the case has been replaced with glass. Two of the large diamonds are possibly replacements as they are not rose cut as would be expected for this period. Movement: Running at time of cataloguing and appears to be in good clean condition.
