Lots of great, fresh, violetty fruit. So silky and such finesse. So sweet at the end. It sometimes has a bouquet of wild boar (the cooked version!), a glorious, gamey taste and a lovely aniseed finish. In 2012, a superlative 'exotic' nose. Superb, irony centre.
