Description

Set with oval rubies, brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, supporting a detachable pendant centering on a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 20.43 carats, length approximately 440mm, signed Athenia.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 105715, stating that the rubies of medium strong saturation, weighing a total of approximately 100.00 carats, measuring from approximately 17.50 x 14.55 x 9.55 to approximately 9.80 x 7.35 x 4.75mm, containing rubies from Burma, with indications of heating and moderate residue in healed fissures. Signed ATHENIA, PT950 and PLAT for platinum and 750 and OR for 18 carat gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 70.00 - 75.00 carats, on average J-L colour,VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Overall, in very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 175 grams.
