Description

The ring set with a step-cut emerald stated to weigh 7.19 carats, framed by marquise-, pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53; the ear clips each set with a step-cut emerald stated to weigh 5.01 and 4.08 carats respectively, framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, French assay marks for gold.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 105575 and no. 105574, each stating that the emeralds stated to weigh approximately 7.19, 5.01 and 4.08 carats, measuring approximately 13.75 x 9.85 x 7.70mm, 11.90 x 10.85 x 5.75mm and 10.85 x 10.55 x 5.00mm, are of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of oil in fissures. Each with maker's mark for Vassort and French assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Ring inscribed E 7.09 for stated carat weight of emerald and pair of earrings inscribed 5.01 and 4.08 carats. Ring further inscribed B 1.11, BP 0.72, BN 0.83 for stated total carat weight of diamonds and pair of earrings inscribed BP 3.62 and B 5.14, on average J-K colour, VS clarity, as far as yellow gold mount permits. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 20 grams.
