Each set with an oval sapphire stated to weigh 33.96 and 27.51 carats respectively, within a frame of brilliant-cut diamonds, French assay mark for gold and maker's marks for Cartier.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 77859, dated 18 December 2014, stating that the oval sapphires stated to weigh 33.96 and 27.51 carats, calculated to weigh approximately 34 and 28 carats, measuring approximately 21.70 x 15.50 x 9.70mm and 21.95 x 15.85 x 10.80mm, are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating. Each piece with French maker's mark for Cartier, additional French maker's mark for Profillet, 14 Rue Chabanais, 75002 Paris. French assay marks, stamped 750 for 18 carat gold and OR for gold. Inscribed S 33.96, S 27.51 and BTS 16.68, referring to the stated carat weigh of each sapphire and to the stated total carat weight of the diamonds, respectively. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some visible to the naked eye, small abrasions, nicks and chips to the girdle.
