Of toi et moi design, each terminal respectively set with a pear-shaped emerald and diamond, to a mount pavé-set with circular-cut emeralds and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53, signed Cartier, French assay marks for gold and platinum, maker's mark, pouch stamped Cartier.  

Signed Cartier Paris, French maker's mark, assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum. Pear-shaped diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.80 carats, remaining diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.2 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Pear-shaped emerald measuring approximately 8.66 x 6.35 x 3.46mm, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.00 carats, some abrasions to facet edges. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 10 grams. Pouch stamped Cartier.
