Description

Comprising: a brooch designed as a blooming pansy, set with calibré-cut sapphires and circular-cut yellow sapphires, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds; and a pair of earrings, post and hinged back fittings; all mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, signed Tiffany & Co., numbered, two cases stamped Tiffany & Co.

Condition

Brooch and Earrings both signed Tiffany & Co. and stamped PT950 for platinum. Brooch also stamped 18K and Earrings stamped 750 for 18 karat yellow gold. Brooch with numbered 74549 and earrings with indistinct numbered 70_791. Sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats in total, are of medium dark blue colour and medium strong saturation, generally eye-clean, some very minor typical inclusions and a few minor abrasion examined under 10X magnification. Yellow sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats in total, are of medium light orangy yellow colour and medium strong to strong saturation, and eye-clean. Diamonds are bright and lively. Signs of minor wear to the metal. Overall in very good condition. Two cases stamped Tiffany & Co.
